Finally have everything in one place instead of random notes and screenshots. PepNote is so easy to use and honestly just really nice to look at.

Downloaded it yesterday and already moved my whole schedule over. Didn’t think I needed another app but this one actually makes things easier.

nick_runs88

The little overview of my day is my favorite part. I can see what’s scheduled and what I’ve logged without digging around. Simple but so useful 💓

Sofia M.

Really clean app. Logging takes a few seconds which is basically the reason I’ve kept using it.

joshua_k24

I used to constantly check my notes to remember whether I’d logged something. Having the history right there has been such a help. Wish I’d found this sooner.

Hannah B.

The inventory tracking is what sold me. Seeing what’s left alongside my routine just makes sense. Great app so far.

marcus.fit

im a bit picky with apps but this one is actually lovely!! Easy to understand and doesn’t feel cluttered.

Lily_47

Was using a spreadsheet before this. It worked, but updating it on my phone was annoying. PepNote is much more convenient for everyday logging.

Daniel W.

A tracking app that I actually enjoy opening. Love the design and having my week laid out properly.

moonlightmila

Took me a little while to set everything up, but once my routine was in there it was pretty straightforward. Been using it daily since.

Oliver T.

My notes were getting ridiculous 😂 This makes it so much easier to keep my schedule and supply together. Very happy with it.

sarahj_92

Does what I wanted it to do. Clear schedule, quick logging, easy to look back at previous entries.

Theo N.

I like being able to open PepNote and immediately see where I’m at for the day. Less trying to remember everything in my head.

amber.days

The remaining stock updating when I log is a really nice touch. One less thing to keep track of manually.

Benji_604

Only been using it a few days so still getting familiar with everything, but first impressions are really good. The layout is lovely.

Chloe P.

Didn’t need anything complicated, just somewhere to keep my routine organized. This has been great for that.

alex_on_track

I’ve tried keeping track in my calendar and in Notes and neither really stuck. PepNote feels much easier to keep up with because everything belongs together.

Freya L.

Small thing but I really appreciate being able to check my supply without going through old entries and doing the math again.

milesandcoffee

Looks great and is easy to navigate. I’m usually the person who downloads an app and forgets about it, but I keep coming back to this one.

Natalie C.

Would love to see how this develops over time. Already a useful app and the overall experience feels really polished.

ryan_west17

Honestly the best part is just having a clear record. I can look back and see what I logged instead of guessing. Really pleased so far!

What is PepNote?

PepNote is a personal peptide and GLP-1 protocol journal for iPhone. Keep your schedules, dose logs, vial inventory, notes, and progress together in one calm, organised place.

Can I use it for a GLP-1 routine?

Yes. You can record a GLP-1 routine, set your own schedule, and follow your recorded weight over time. PepNote helps you keep records of the plan you have agreed with your healthcare professional. It does not choose a treatment or dose for you.

Do I need to track inventory?

No. Start with dose-only logging if that is all you need. If you choose to add your vials, PepNote can keep track of your remaining stock as you log doses.

Does PepNote work with Apple Health?

With your permission, PepNote reads weight and steps from Apple Health. These imported readings stay on your device and are not automatically sent to cloud chat. You can change access at any time in your Health settings.

Can PepNote give me medical advice?

No. PepNote is for tracking and education, not diagnosis, treatment, or personalised dosing advice. The library and AI chat can help you explore information and your records, but they can be incomplete or wrong. Make healthcare decisions with a qualified professional.

When can I download it?

PepNote is coming soon to iPhone. This website gives you a look inside the app while we prepare for launch. The download link will appear here when it is available.
